It seems like the particle display options in the display options dialog also affect geometry points, for size. Is there a way to control them independently? I want geometry points to be bigger, but for particles I want the particles to be very small (1 pixel or so).

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks :)

Not currently, no. Particles and points are both treated as points. You could try rendering particles as Discs (Geometry tab), and set that to a small value, and see if that does the trick.

Thanks Mark, I checked the Geometry tab but couldn't find that option. Do you mean using a Render POP? Because that has an option to render as discs, but not in the viewport I think.

Also do you guys have any plans to control their display separately? Since you said "not currently", but not "not planned" :)
