Hi. How I can transfom (move,rotate,scale) selected group in local coordinates of each group element (polygon, edge etc.)? For example, I have a polygonal tube and group of polygons on it. I need scale each polygon in group on X axis. Thanks.

Have a look at the PolyExtrude SOP, I think you can use the Scale[xy] parameter on the Local tab for this. Make sure to turn off Output Side on the Options tab.

It`s not exactly what I want. When I try to scale polys with help of PolyExtrude SOP there are holes in between.
I need that would poins of neighboring polys also moved.

Create polygon group.
Then use primitive sop, specify the above created group.
Turn on the do transform option.
Now you can perform transformations on the group
