Hi , i started learning Houdini and here is my noob question:
i have a skewed wall with slab and stair on it
extruded slab with polyextrude and made 1 tread to copy with copy sop,
see attachment , but copy inherit base object coord system, and copies other treads in a straight line, i don't want that.
How do i set local face coord system for copy sop?
Thanks!

When copying without template points you're stuck with the transform parameters on the copy SOP so just tweak them to get your desired effect.
You can also use the $CY (unique sequential number for each copied geometry) variable to try and make the transforms relative to each copy. This variable is more effective/predictable when like in your case, one doesn't have template points to copy to.

Cheers
