is there some tool in houdini like in maya if I remember right.I want cut face with edge loop but want to cut it 5 or 10 times at once. All peaces must have same length after cutting. Something like bevel with more divisions but automated same area of cutted segments. In maya, there is special tool inside edge loop where you set number of division, select edge an all peaces cut correctly with same length, just one click. Any idea? Thanks a lot.

select edge ring you want to split
then apply Edge Divide, set number of divisions, check Connect Points and Close Path
it should do what you want but it's a little buggy though
