hi, im trying to make a bunch of droplets over a surface, im almost fine when droplets are over a grid surface, but when is over sphere or other, metaballs are complete mess....

i wanna know which other methods could be for creating realistic droplets.

Hello Arturo,

I took a look at your file and slightly modified it. The changes are all highlighted in Green.
Alternatively to metaballs, you can use the 'Particle Fluid Mesher' sop. I set that up in your file as well, so you can compare the two. The mesher is pretty fast and stable.

Hope that helps,

~Ilan

Glad to help!

I can't help but notice that both of your posts got rated a negative vote. They seem legit to me, what's that about?
