hi, i dont know why im getting black refractions in this image, the dropplets and the sphere is a mantra surface, looks like the problem is with objects with refractions making contact with other surfaces and the logo on the left is a mantra surface with thin film refractions, so i have this problem only with common refractions,  which could be the problem?

Just a shot in the dark, but what is your refraction limit in your mantra > shading tab ? Do you have any attenuation set in your material, are you using pbr ?

yes, the refraction and reflection limits are 10, in pbr,  no atenuation, i found that shadows was causing little of it... and switched to glass material, but there is still some thing messing around.

Enabling refractions in the "aguab" shader and assigning it back to the droplets in H12.0.562 gives me this result

About the first image. You should enable faux caustics. Otherwise the material will cast very dark shadows.
