I am using particles to create some confetti - it's a simple setup with grid copy-stamped to the particles. However, the grids intersect each other because obviously there is no collisions between the particles. I was wondering what would be the best approach to fix this?
I am using the Billowy Smoke and Basic Smoke shaders for some some effects that I am working on. However, I can't figure out the image planes to export for rendering with Mantra. When I look inside the shaders, the only active export I see is Emission. However, I want to separate out the colour, light and shadow information for tweaking in comp. Is that possible with these shaders? I tried export Smoke Density and Shadow Density, however the Colour (Cf) export is exactly as the Beauty so exporting any other planes doesn't really help. Any ideas?
