Really Nice. I really like the shading and over all style.
What did you use for the light ray effect?

very nice!
I'd suggest adding a tiny bit more specular/reflectivity to the stand and a little less diffuse to give it a bit more of a metal look.
Rendered with mantra?

Hey terze,
It looks very nice. Like Allegro said, a slight adjustment is all you need. Also, maybe the background can be brighter to read the shape better. I understand you were trying to show the beam so you can grad the background from right to left.
Keep the updates coming!
Cheers!

Actually I like the subdued speculars, makes the surface look a bit old and dusty.
Lovely.

Very nice render. The gun-metal surface in particular is very cool. I would leave it just how it is.
