  1. Hello, I am having a similar issue, did you find the solution at the end?
  2. test_constraint_01.hip ops. here you go
  3. Hello guys, how is going? I have a problem with a setup and I cannot get my head around it. I have a set of objects that need to be constraint to a animated and deforming geometry. Those boxes needs to follow it without any delay, to collide with it and to collide with each other. I build a basic setup to test it but the hard constraint are stretching and I don't get why. Can somebody help me please? Here the setup file. Thanks in advanced.

  5. Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my 2 and half years of my FX work done with Houdini. Hope you like it!
  6. can u post an example file?
  7. Did you promote the UV from point to vertex before exporting it to maya?
  8. Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is a way to export vdb 2.0 from houdini 14 instead of 3.0. If yes how? Thanks a lot!
  9. Hello everyone! I have a problem. I need to project an L-system to a geometry wich is deforming and translating in space. but I need the L-system to be always in the same position. There is a way to use the rest position to place the L-system with the ray sop? There are other suggestion on how to do it with other system? Thanks!
  10. Hello everyone, I have a question, how can I store in an Alembic differente point cache divided in different group? Thanks!
  11. Many thanks! VDB are just amazing!
  12. Yep I do have it but it needs a volume velocity i think.
  13. Ok, thanks for the info. I manage to extract the vop that does the math on the whitewater system but it needs velocity volume (vel.x,vel.y and vel.z) but since I am running a plain particles sim I dont have those attributes. How can i compute them? thanks!
  14. Hello everyone, I tried to search something but I didn't find any solution yet. I am trying to calculare vorticity over a particle simulation in H13 but I don't know how. There is a solution to do it in sop after I have cached the particles? I just found an otl that it is suppose to do it but it seems to do not work. Thanks in advanced!
