  1. Hi, I have a not so complex question that I couldn't figure out yet. I have a poly mesh box and I want to add the primitives facing the positive and negative X direction to a group using "keep by normals". I would like to add the prims to the group using -1 and 1 in the X parameter so ideally I would have the primitives on both sides of the box selected. I tried typing in the X direction parameter the value: -1 && 1 Thinking it would work but no... I tried searching HScripts and expressions but couldn't find anything yet. What i'm getting is shown in the attached img. How could one select 2 different directions in the same parameter of 'keep by normals' inside the group sop? Any thoughts on this are appreciated.
  2. How can I select objects by colour and split them into different groups so that in the external render engine, I have different sets of geometry on which I can apply different material (3 in the attached file, currently) I downloaded the original file from this page. https://www.tokeru.com/cgwiki/index.php?title=HoudiniVolumes and made changes in the colour ramp of attribute vop titled 'Cd_ramp_by_sdf_depth'. However, now I'm getting only one colur. Vol_worms_curlnoise_v02_edited.hipnc
  3. Hi, probably a beginners question, but I'm baffled. How can I enter "manually" the coordinates of a point on a curve? I've search the forums, and read about how entering them in the spreadsheet was wrong (enter the soft lock mode (whatever that is...)) And read very complicated answer involving python script !!! All I need is very basic : I made a curve now I need to modify the coord of 2 points in Y axis those 2 pts are at 2.39245 and I need them at 2.4 quite easy ! Yet I just can't do it (without some simple math + offset) I need to do that a lot, so I'm looking for a solution without calculations or scripting. Am I missing something ??? (again) Can't I enter the coord manually somewhere? (somewhere else than in the coodinates list of the curve node, where they are all in line and inaccessible) thanks!
