  1. Hey everyone! I have a simple hiRes flip simulation with a boat, but I can't mesh it properly. On random frames the middle part is disappears, and I have no idea why. I managed to figure it out it's somehow coming from the Flattening Geometry option but I couldn't solve the problem. Do you have any ideas?
  2. i have this scene made of simple curved planes i want to uv. The desired result would be a perfect 1x1 square filling one uv tile for every surface and then moving to the next. i thought uv flatten would do the job but for some reason it doesnt work as expected even though its just curved surfaces almost flat,no weird curvatures. Any tips much appreciated! uv.bgeo uv.hip
  3. I'm running some tests on making clouds from data, to model around a sphere. The test renders are below. I was wondering if there is any way to use flatten command in the cloud node to radially flattening them. It is too fluffy now. I have tried flattening the underlying geometry but that does not create the desired thinness. Also, I have used equirectangular satellite imagery of clouds to place geometry around a sphere. This geometry is the source for the cloud rig. If you have a better method of doing this, that would be great too. I'm a noob to Houdini and I am figuring it out as I go along. Thanks!
