"rest" problem with particle generated polygons

Hi,everyone :P

Is there a way to stick the procedure pattern to such particle generated polygons?(that is advect with the mesh) the basic idea is pull the particles from the POPs then use "add" and "skin" to obtain the polygons.(see the hip file)

I have tried the "Rest Position",but failed to solve it :(

need your help.any suggestion would be appreciate :P
