How I can download Orbolt's assets !?

Hi

I can't download any assets from www.orbolt.com.

I sign in with my Sidefx's Accouant and when I click on Download to get specify Digital asset from www.orbolt.com I get below error :

The address wasn't understood

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (orbolt) isn't associated with any program.

You might need to install other software to open this address.

I check it on FireFox, chrome,IE but I get error again !

Are you accessing directly from H12.1 Orbolt asset browser?

Hi,

What Houdini version are you using? The store needs Houdini 12.1.30 or higher.

Do you get a url handler window pop up in firefox? You can check if the url hander is associated with the store by going to

Firefox->Edit->Preferences->Applications

and check if you have 'orbolt' in the Content Type. If it's there set it to Always Ask.

Also, what OS are you running?

My Houdini's version is 12.0.683 and this is my problem !

I should Install Houdini 12.1.
