I'm sure this will help xsi users to transition to Houdini, which eventually creates a larger talent pool and more willingness for companies to pick up houdini since 'lack of houdini artists' will no longer be an argument.

Thanks man for making an awesome tutorial I don't know if it's only me, but is the screw model included? Because I couldn't find it and the scene has a missing bgeo reference. It's not a big deal though

Magneto, for the Start scene the screw geo was locked, but I forgot to lock it for the End version. Good call. I reuploaded the end scene with the locked screw geo. Thanks for the heads-up
