Annon Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 Well that's not an effect, it's an optical illusion with sculptures. You could do it as an effect though, start by creating some noisey sculptures in houdini, then play around with them. Report back with what you've come up with to make it easier to help you with the next step. Have a look at the various noise topics on this forum, there's a good one about procedural rocks.
