expression for get a value at frame number ?

anyone know how can i read a value from a frame number ?

for example in frame 40 and want to access an attribute value at frame 20.

is this possible to do this via expression ?

no actually i want to use that for each primitive , i found that CHF expression can do this , but the problem is its not working with for each loop ! anyone have this issue ?
