Linux and CUDA

Unless you intend to develop CUDA based plugins for Houdini, there is no reason to install any of these. CUDA libs are part of NVIDIA driver installation.

No, Houdini doesn't use CUDA. A few features use OpenCL though but that's part of the driver already.
