Arx anima is calling out for applications from experienced Asset Supervisor to join an existing production team

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Supervisor position in the asset department (3D content) for the production of CG cartoon show "Talking Tom and Friends"

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

 

• supervising modelling/texturing artists and riggers to produce assets for the show (props, environments, characters, costumes etc.)

 

• quality assurance of implementation of 3D models according to concept arts and established style

 

• guide artists in modelling/texturing techniques and in technical/aesthetical directions

 

• task management for artists and review of 3D content and their related tasks

 

• planning, estimating and scheduling of 3D content under a fairly limited time-frame

 

• making decisions of how certain assets will be implemented and find pragmatic solutions that fit the required quality of the show

 

• communication with other departments (layout, animation, rendering) as well as outsource artists

 

• troubleshooting for the department and potential assistance in specific modelling/texturing/rigging tasks
