I want to render a scene like ink and wash painting, people know what to do？

no,l had comb normal for copy feather ,but now l have another pose,l want to keep my normal direction just like houdini fur restPosition,but l don`t know how to do this

l have a transform skin and comb the normal,but the normal direction is not follow the skin,any one know how to do this thanks! Ndirection.hip
