rbd point object

Hi,

I've shattered a geo and created centroid points for each piece.

I now want to bring in the shattered pieces using the rbd point object DOP, that references these points.

How do I bring in the right primitive group (from the shatter) associated with each centroid point?

Does anyone else do it this way?

It seems like a very convenient way of controlling a sim based on the point attributes.

Cheers

I´m sure it´s possible but I would probobly use a fractured object and then reference the points who created the voronoi pieces with a point-expression in DOPS.

Its a "long" expression using the CopyInfo/copynum per piece, but you only have to write it once.

Cool, thanks for that. Works great.
