How To Render Sprites In H9?

Ive been trying to renderout the sprites with the particles but im not able to do it in version 9... can anybody tell me how to do it...? please the options like selecting the sprite option in the geometry node is not there in 9 so how to render the sprites with a procedural shader?

I keep running into this as well, but you have to actually make a material containing your shader and the sprite procedural, then assign that material at the obj level. It may also work with a material sop, but I am under the impression that it won't work.

Create a "Mantra: Sprite Procedural" shader in shops and then select it in the field called Procedural Shader from the render tab of the object node that contains your particles. And in the shading tab, select your sprite surface shader.
