  1. Large ocean render in Houdini with Vray

    Hi Lucky card. The textures file loadeder has a bad filter set which makes the displacement look blocky and clipped. Change it to Quadratic from Bilinear and this should fix the fiirst part. Second in under the Vray displacement node, check Use Bounds and set the black to -4 and the white to +4 and you should get a faire match. I hope this helps, vfxamp.
