Recommended Posts

ih there,

is there a way to store the value of the current frame ( $F) in an attribute . for example , i have a grid with some animated points , i want to store the value of the frame at which the points begin to animate (something a little like a birth time value)

For this I think you'd need to use the Solver SOP. If you try to change the attribute just with a AttributeCreate SOP it will always update each time the network cooks instead of just once on a previous frame.
