Hi. Use just one flip object and set attributes in the sources to select the particles you want (deleting).

It does get tricky if you want to have fluids with different attributes such as viscosity.  If that isn't working for you, I have had success in the past with the fluid force node.

Well, I´ve done something similar last month, where I had 2 different fluids (milk and cream). I´ve just set attributes like viscosity, density, etc. For that, I just needed a point group.

 

Don´t know where this kind of setup is trickier than set more than one fluid object?
