Generate default parameters on HDA?

Hi.

 

I like to decorate my assets in some common style. Is there a way to generate some default template for digital asset when it's created? For example when I press Create Digital Asset... I would like to have separator/label/separator trio added by default.

 

Can it be done?

You could write a python shelf tool I guess.

I don't want to do that after asset is created. That would be to easy

I'm looking for something similar to creation scripts for nodes,  but instead it should start when new asset is created.

I think what they're saying is create a shelf tool (Python script) that creates the digital asset and at the same time applies the things you want already setup instead of manually creating the digital asset and manually changing things to your liking.
