Particles into Grains ?

Must grains be a closed volume, can one not turn particles into grains as long as the emitting particles are of a high number ?

Grains are just pops with a little added extra so you can source grains the same ways you would source pops. It doesn't matter the number of particles you just need a pscale attrib for grains to work.

I'm using a pscale attribute in a point wrangler before a vellumconstraints_grain SOP but I don't see grains being created ?

From frame 52 onward to the end, rather then the particles emitting, the mesh changes ? Also I still am unable to get grains to emit from the particles ?
