Maya to Houdini Camera wrong?

Bit of a Houdini noob...it's been a while and I'm trying to jump back in....be gentle.

I'm importing a camera from Maya to Houdini. However, the geo and camera are not lining up. I knew that there would be some scaling issues. However it's way off. Is there a go to fix or a math equation/expression that is a go to fix for this...is there an explanation from sideFX why this doesn't work properly? This should be fairly plug and play as it is with other softwares?  I tried variations of scaling things and it did not work...but I may have been scaling the wrong thing?

if you attach a null to the camera at obj level and scale it to 0.1, does that line up?
