Objects sticking to FLIP fluid

Hey guys, I am trying to get a fluid simulation that collided with The objects and Ultimately sticks/flows with it. 
Something like this 

I have a viscous fluid and a rigid body object colliding but the object just bounces off. I turned on the feedback scale on the flip sim and turned down the density of the object. It’s still acting like the fluid is a wall... just bounces off. Any help would be appreciated. Been stuck on this for 2 days.
