How to change a deformed object from high poly to low poly.

Hi!

I rbd simulated the object being deformed.

This was done in low poly.

And I tried to change to high poly, but I used transform pieces, but it doesn't work.  

What should I do?  

Help.

somehow I dont understand what you mean since you write "from high poly to low poly" and than "this was done in low poly" and "change to high poly" :)

Could you be a bit more specific?

And this is animated.  

Simulate an animated low poly. And replaced by high poly...

(low poly -> high poly..)

Do you understand?

for deforming geometry use the pointdeform sop. if you have multiple objects this is a great thread on setting it up and maximizing performance.

transformpieces is for matching packed/rigid stuff (eg. the output of a bullet sim) .
