How i can separate hda object to meshes (ue4) to move them?

Hello. I am trying to create a procedural house with interior. When I load HDA into the Unreal Engine, it becomes a single entity.
I cannot move meshes (interior elements) from which it's consists. I need them in separate parts.
How can I keep this opportunity? I don't think that a house should necessarily remain static in an UE4.

you could pack the elements you want seperated, if a packed instance is only the one instance it should get converted into a seperate static mesh.
