How would you cap this pipe?

Simple modelling question: How would you most efficiently cap the ring of this pipe that I have highlighted in yellow?  Thanks for the advice.

I guess not the best if you want full proceduralism, because here I manually select the inner and outer edges to group them. But the main idea is the PolyBridge SOP.

my guess is you're having problems with non matching pairs, without your geo, ppl would be just stabbing things in the dark...best to upload your geo, doesn't have to be the full super secret geo...clip it off and upload just the relevant part.

would save me mocking up something that  doesn't match yours

Ah I didn't notice that there are different columns, but PolyBridge still works for me. Although in this case it produces both quads and tris, which you may not want to get.

I found converting the unshared edges to curves with labs edge group to curve and using a polyloft to be a super stable option.
