Very nice.

The problem might be that it's already 4 years old and not looking anything like new anymore.

That's OK. Shading convincing wear and tear is more challenging than shading brand new shiny surfaces. Heck, I can see it as the foundation for a great shading challenge, along with Terry's "F/A 18C Hornet" and Michael's "Tu-144".

good job Frank, did u use wire dop for headphone cord ?

No, I modeled the cord by hand. I might change that, but it depends on how often I'm going to reposition the unit and headphones when it comes to rendering the final images. Having an automatic system is clearly a plus in that case. Til now I can live without that ;-)
