Rotating for each geometry problem

Hey guys, recently I'm trying to do a space shot. And there is a spaceship destruction. I want to make each broken piece float and rotate in the space after 65 frames. So I create rotation axis and use a rotate vop then define the rotating angle. But the problem is, at some time the rotation of some pieces flip and being wierld.. I don't know why it's behaving like that. Any ideas?  (I used packed geo and xformpieces sop workflow)
