You would get your hands dirty mostly with lighting and rendering in Mantra/Arnold, procedural texturing, lookdev and some procedural modeling (so you won't get bored). Artists with strong problem solving skills that are able to offer technical solutions and work shots from a start to the finish are, of course, especially appreciated. Projects are mostly high profile commercials, the place is small and friendly, people are easy going and the work is fun.
