RasmusM
Dear all, I have a problem - I have been working with some patterns using the Triangulate 2D sop. It works fine on a plane ofcourse, but is there any way to apply it onto a box or any other 3d geometry? Hope someone are able to help! Hi Rasmus, This maybe a bit broad for your needs, but have a look at the Voronoi Shatter thread in the DOPs section. This contains a tool you can use to cut your geometry into Voronoi Pieces. If this seems like crazy talk... Put a Divide SOP beneath your Triangulated Plane, and toggle on 'Compute Dual'. BAM, Voronoi Pattern is the dual of the Triangulate SOP. Other than that you might be a bit limited... Good luck! cheers, -j
