bing Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 The help file says attribreorient computes rotations for each point in the selection by examining differences in surface normals and tangents from the reference geometry and the live geometry. I tried to build a vopsop to have the same function. Frist i got the point normal of the reference geometry and live geometry. Then i use an align node to get the matrix. Finally i use the matrix to transform the attribute. The result is not the same with the attribreorient node. Does somebody could tell me how the attribreorient compute ?
