DJ_Boxer
I posted this on the Sidefx forum but I am also asking here. I am interested in creating a 360 degree circle path for a camera turntable or just basic spinning is there a way to do this without using keyframes as in the Digital Tutors tutorial? old school
You can use an expression... $T*360 will give you one full revolution every second (24 frames). The expression will put down a keyframe but you don't have to "keyframe" the animation. Is that what you are after?
DJ_Boxer
Old School: $T in the position for the object is exactly what I was looking for. With just $T or $T*n where n is any number to slow it down is what I used to see what else could work. On the Side Effects forum I was given another solution where you parent your object (or your camera) to a null and put $FF in the y rotation of the null. use fit($FF,1,240,0,360) to rotate 360 degrees over 240 frames. .
