goldleaf
I'm trying to create a torus knot with a python sop. I've attached where I've been able to get to so far, but all that happens is every point moves to the new position, rather than each point getting its new position. The three equations came from this page on wikipedia. After doing the Lorenz Attraktor tutorial, I thought I'd have a go at this type of geometry. Is what I'm doing possible or am I going about it in the wrong way? Thanks! p.s. I attached a line sop, then a resample at 10000 points, to the ryd_torus_knot python sop, like the Lorenz example. I then set the values
AlbertoGz
Hello everyone! First of all, my apologizes to rescue this old thread. I have been done a torus knot as personal excercise in Houdini. I'm going to share it as digital asset. I hope you like it and be useful.
