ziggx
Hi there, I'm trying to apply a texture to a deforming particle fluid surface but the texture slips. In the help card it, tantalisingly, mentions generating a coordinate system which can be transferred to the fluid surface. I have a hunch this is what I need to do - unfortunately, there is no clue "how" I actually achieve this. Has anyone got any tips? TIA Ziggx
mightcouldb1
This might help: http://lulu1315.wordpress.com/2009/05/22/simulating-with-voxels/ There is a way to modify the particle fluid OTL to have UVs although it doesn't look great when the fluid starts to move around. Realflow seems to do a good job at maintaining its UVs. I'm curious for a solution as well. Edited May 8, 2010 by mightcouldb1
ziggx
Thanks for the link - it was very interesting - certainly shows what is possible - looks like more research required.
