expression syntax shortcut?

Isn't there syntax shortcuts to an expression like this:

$F == 50 || $F == 76 || $F == 114 || $F == 123 || $F == 154 || $F == 196

Yes?

I thought it was something like:

$F == 50:76:114:123:154:196

but I might be thinking of something I used in a different app.
