hopbin9
Hi, Sorry, but I can't figure this out. How do you create a volumetric lighting effect in Houdini 11? I think I'm suppose to use the "Lit Fog" shader, but after creating it I don't know where to assign it. I searched the manual, and found examples on the subject but no links to open the examples. I like the manual from H10 better Any tutorials on this subject? Thanks,
hopbin9
http://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini10.0/examples/nodes/shop/atmosphere/AtmosphereShader This online version has a link to launch the example, but that same page in my H11 manual doesn't have the link. Should I re-install H11?
hopbin9
Oh, I got it working. Had to browse the list of examples in the manual to be able to see the link. The link seems to be removed if you find the topic via the search. That sucks.
hopbin9
*slap* That's me hitting myself. Didn't know there was an atmosphere node. See, that's what it's a NOOB question
