Emitting smoke from RBD objects dependent on the length of the velocit

Hi there everyone,

I am attempting to emit smoke from simulated rbd objects. I want to scale the smoke emission by the length of the velocity. So the faster the object moves, the more smoke it emits. I am still a little unsure about all of this dops stuff!
