hopbin9
LINK I wonder why I feel like I'm in the wrong country, at the wrong age, doing the wrong job, etc... Those are some strange numbers. The majority are in their 20's, but the majority have 10 to 10+ years experience. The majority make less then $50/hr, but the majority make $600+ a day. More then half make deals orally or via e-mail without a contract. More people used Flash then 3ds Max. More then half have a BA but the median income is only $50k. I was just reading it quickly, but I think you have to take these sort of things with a grain of salt. It's more about the choices people have made, then it is about the industry itself. A Flash Developer who knows XML, APIs, socket programming and pushes myself to learn more will earn more then a Flash Developer who can't be bothered to do anything better then just banner ads. So I think it's all relative to the person then these other matrices of measurement.

Financially I would be better of returning to my home country and live of the minimum wage there.
