Netvudu
Hi there. I know it´s late here and I´m putting my faith on that. Otherwise I can´t understand why this really simple scene isn´t working. I wanted to make an animated geo sequence collide with a regular RBD object. It was working for a moment, and suddenly not anymore...It´s the simplest thing ever, so I´m really stumped. Here, I substituted the animated sequence with an animated box and is still not working. I´m 100% sure it´s something terribly simple I´m overlooking... Macha
My fresh morning-mind thinks your problem lies here. But it is kind of odd that we need to change it. Unless I oversee something even more obvious as well. Edited March 8, 2011 by Macha
Netvudu
I already checked the resolve penetration. That makes the objects not penetrate themselves (duh!) but the dynamics aren´t working in the usual way. I´m lost and a bit frustrated because it´s the simplest scene
Macha
Really? If I tick the Point Velocity or the Volume Velocity for Collision it works.

Netvudu
oh my, thanks Macha. I was going mad. Is there an explanation on why this option isn´t on by default, or why is it necessary for static objects?
