blur959 Posted April 29, 2011 Share Posted April 29, 2011 Hi all, I am trying to create a terrain splitting apart effect and it will break into pieces after that. I already did the animation for the splitting apart effect. For the breaking apart into pieces effect, I used a particle system to create the necessary forces to drive it and then using a copy stamp to copy the pieces of the pre-fractured geometry onto it. (The reason I didn't used the dops is because, I cant achieve the effect I wanted.) The problem is that the points I created for the copy stamping later on are jumping too much until it is affecting my copy stamping. I was told that, I could somehow lock the points numbers and points so that it doesn't move, but I tried it and it doesn't really work. Hope someone could tell me how to fix this problem.
