majikal
Hi... I have character in maya with geo cache and we run on 12FPS.. When i export fbx it imports back to maya ok.. But when i import to houdini it change my project to 30fps. I can override fps to 12fps, but in both cases it only imports half of animation stretched to whole frame range. Even if i unlock and resample, override chopfile nodes it does not import whole animation. I have obj sequence for reference and i cant manually stretch channels to be comepletly accurate.. is this houdini issue or maya issue or fbx issue? any suggestions how to solve this? tnx... p.s. osx 10.6.8 maya 2011 sp3 houdini 11.0.733 fbx 2009 (in 2011 the problem is the same)... Stalkerx777
Hi. Take a look at this thread It's about "stretched animation". Regards to frame rate, it's seems that houdini cant read this information.... o maya didn't write it =) As i remember, the only way to fix this is set desired FPS in houdini just before fbx import.
