dangerweenie Posted December 15, 2011 Share Posted December 15, 2011 (edited) Hey, I'm in Houdini trying to get a sheet of paper to roll up (think of a scroll or a roll of paper towels). Ultimately I need to have it unfurl and unroll using cloth sim. I'm used to doing this in Maya using Deformers->Nonlinear->Bend. The TwistSOP in Houdini works pretty much the same, but I'm having some difficulty scaling it the same was as in Maya. I've attached a couple screenshots. Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks, Matt **EDIT** I can kind of get it to do what I want, but it's scaling the entire object (if I want to wrap up the plane into a tightly wound piece of paper, it scales up the geo, so I have a sheet that has unmodified width, but increased length).
