eirik.m
Hello friends! I have a simulation were a piece of geometry from Maya is imported to Houdini. I add the voroni fracture object, voroni fracture points and scatter. Then I bring it into DOPs and add it to the RBD Glue object. When I sim the geometry the fracturing starts and it looks good. But underneath the fracturing geo there is another geo which does not fracture. It's the same geometry with all the pre-fractured pieces but its not fracturing. I've been troubleshooting in two days now, and I start throwing furniture out the window How can I remove this duplicate or does anyone have some knowledge of this problem ? Thank you very much! -Eirik
gaurav
To me it looks simple group mask situation. Just use the correct group name under Group Mask field eg. piece* unless you have changed the groups prefix in voronoi fracture sop. By default voronoi sop create output groups for interior and exterior surface too so turn them off under groups unless you want them. If that does not work you could post a hip.
