samboosa Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Hello Odforce, I'm currently following the CmiVFX procedural city generation tutorial and am not really stuck, but I want to change a small part to my liking. As it is, I'm generating a 2D voronoi-pattern in a COP network, the tutorial calls for piping a radial gradient into the Voronoise 'frequency' slot = this gives me smaller concentrated segments in the center and larger segments toward the edges in a square. What I want to accomplish is to control the 2D fracture at multiple points; what I've tried is to paint my own square texture in black and white splotches but this really distorts the fractured pattern. Now what I've read is that you can influence the Voronoi fracture with a pointcloud, so is it possible to control the COP Voronoise with the points in a popnet? Thanks, - Samboosa.
