venator11387
I am using Pyro cluster for the first time to set. I have seen plenty videos of pyro cluster being used on static objects, but not on moving objects. I made a scene where pieces of paper are falling and are on fire. Here is my process: I did a quick cloth sim in Maya, Alembic Exported each cloth separately into Houdini, and pyro clustered them all as a source. A problem I’m coming across, as seen attached below, is that the containers either do not follow the geo or they disappear. Both times there is no emission occurring from the geometry. I included the scene below. Is there a work around for this? If not, is there a better method to get the result I'm trying to get? Update: So I was able to make it work for a bit by upping the scale of the source volume and other parameters. However, the resize containers still don't keep up with the geo all the way through and eventually the geo leaves the container.
